One of the simplest pleasures of the Pottery is quick access to the Coast Path, where you can stroll together enjoying the views, the sunshine and the breeze. You can sit and watch the ever-changing sea, or climb down to quiet, secluded beaches for a dip.
If you feel more active, or want to venture further from town, why not enhance your romantic break by hiring your own a speedboat for the weekend, heading out on a skippered yacht or just hiring the "picnic boat" to drop you somewhere shady upriver.
Other experiences available in the region include classic car hire or balloon flights, or just taking a trip down memory lane on the steam railway. How about arranging a session with a local photographer, or pampering yourself at a local spa?
