It is fitting that a town as historic as Dartmouth has a well appointed museum. It’s also handy to know that there are undercover activities in Dartmouth on those not-so-uncommon rainy days! The Museum has lots to see, hear and do tracing Dartmouth’s colourful history (see dartmouthmuseum.org). There are regular events, with a particular focus this year on the ill fated Exercise Tiger 70 years ago in 1943.

The museum is open daily, located in the old Butterwalk near the inner harbour, about 20 mins walk from The Pottery.
